Why Payface

More completed sales. Less fraud exposure.

Customers buy without a wallet or phone, and every payment runs through liveness detection.

Higher conversion

A faster, easier lane means more chances to close the sale.

Lower fraud exposure

Liveness detection cuts identity fraud where it actually costs you.

Customers come back

People choose a checkout they enjoy, and every visit links to a known profile.

The flow

Three steps at the lane

One enrollment for assisted lanes and self-checkout. Nothing changes for the cashier.

  1. 01

    Face enrollment

The customer registers documents in the Payface app and captures their face.

  2. 02

    Biometric verification

At payment, they center their face on the device. Liveness detection confirms a real person.

  3. 03

    Match and pay

The live selfie is matched to the enrolled record. Payment settles in about a second.

Integration

Works with the POS you already run

Integrated with the major POS systems. Cashiers keep their workflow and screen. Customers just look up.

Questions

Before you ask

Do we need new hardware at every lane?

Only a camera device at the lanes where you offer it. Many chains start with a few lanes and self-checkouts.

Can it run at self-checkout?

Yes, and it's one of the strongest cases: it removes the step where unattended lanes usually lose people.

What about customers who don't want to enroll?

Nothing changes for them. Facial payment is an extra option, never the only one.
